In Friday's non-league outing, the East Jackson Eagles (Commerce, GA) basketball squad beat the visiting Madison County Red Raiders (Danielsville, GA), by a margin of 72-60.
The Eagles (6-1) will now prepare for their outing against Apalachee (Winder, GA). The Wildcats go into the non-league outing with a 2-6 record. In their last outing, Apalachee defeated North Springs (Atlanta, GA), 39-30, in a non-league outing.
The Red Raiders now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Banks County for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 4. Madison County will clash with a Leopards squad coming off a 58-23 non-league win over Commerce (Commerce, GA). The Leopards record now stands at 4-2.
