    Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Valley Christian Trojans (Chandler, AZ) and the visiting Pusch Ridge Christian Academy Lions (Tucson, AZ), saw Valley Christian's basketball squad overcome Pusch Ridge Christian Academy by a tally of 30-18.

    With the victory, Valley Christian improves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Florence (Florence, AZ) to confront the Gophers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 7. The Gophers come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Florence lost 65-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Parker (Parker, AZ)

    Next up, the Lions confront the Horizon Honors Eagles (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 3. Pusch Ridge Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 2-1 record after their 58-53 non-league loss to Valley Christian (Chandler, AZ).
