Ascension Episcopal (Lafayette, LA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Episcopal of Acadiana Falcons (Cade, LA), 54-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ascension Episcopal upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The travel to North Vermilion (Maurice, LA) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 15. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Episcopal Knights (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Episcopal of Acadiana will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 55-37 non-league win over Parkview Baptist (Baton Rouge, LA).
