Butte Valley Bulldogs (Dorris, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Dunsmuir Tigers (Dunsmuir, CA), 60-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Butte Valley upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Happy Camp (Happy Camp, CA) to play the Indians in a Evergreen bout on Wednesday, December 7. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Happy Camp lost 56-51 in their recent non-league bout against Surprise Valley (Cedarville, CA)

Next up, the Tigers play the Burney Raiders (Burney, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Dunsmuir will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 65-58 non-league loss to Modoc (Alturas, CA).
