Texas High School Basketball - Cooper can't hold off Odessa

The Odessa Bronchos basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the host Cooper Cougars to 65 in the Bronchos non-league victory on Saturday.
The Bronchos now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilson for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3. Odessa will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 64-49 non-league win over Timber Creek (Fort Worth, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-4.
The Cougars (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Midland Legacy (Midland, TX). The Rebels come into the non-league contest with a 0-8 record. In their last contest, Midland Legacy was nudged by Coronado (Lubbock, TX), 72-63, in a non-league contest.
