Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Elsberry Indians (Elsberry, MO) and the host Winfield Warriors (Winfield, MO), saw Elsberry's basketball squad knock off Winfield by a count of 61-50.

With the victory, Elsberry upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Indians host Clopton (Clarksville, MO) to play the Hawks in a Eastern Missouri challenge on Friday, December 9. The Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Warriors play the St. Dominic Crusaders (O'Fallon, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 7. Winfield will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
