Georgia High School Basketball - Northside overwhelmed by Jones County

The Jones County Greyhounds basketball team scored 79 points and restricted the visiting Northside Eagles to 47 in the Greyhounds non-league victory on Saturday.

The Greyhounds now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Warner Robins for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. Jones County will battle a Demons team coming off a 76-40 non-league win over Peach County (Fort Valley, GA). The Demons record now stands at 4-1.

The Eagles (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Rutland (Macon, GA). The Hurricanes come into the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Rutland was routed by Howard (Macon, GA), 53-49, in a non-league contest.
