Mount St. Joseph Gaels (Baltimore, MD) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Loyola Blakefield Dons (Towson, MD), 64-59 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Mount St. Joseph upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Gaels travel to Archbishop Curley (Baltimore, MD) to play the Friars in a non-league bout on Monday, December 5. The Friars come into the bout with a record of 2-3. Archbishop Curley won 63-53 in their recent league bout against Indian Creek (Crownsville, MD)
Next up, the Dons play the Non Varsity Opponent (, ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 7. Loyola Blakefield will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
