The Smith Valley Bulldogs basketball team (Smith, NV), dropped 65-53 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV)

The Mustangs now possess a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Owyhee for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 8. Pershing County will confront a Braves team coming off a 54-39 non-league win over Non Varsity Tournament Opponent (, ). The Braves record now stands at 5-0.

The Bulldogs (0-5) will now prepare for their battle against Wells (Wells, NV). The Leopards come into the non-league battle with a 0-5 record.
