The Wharton Tigers (Wharton, TX) basketball felled the host Columbia Roughnecks (West Columbia, TX), 42-26 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Tigers (8-3) will now prepare for their test against East Bernard (East Bernard, TX). The Brahmas go into the non-league test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, East Bernard thwarted Sealy (Sealy, TX), 44-24, in a non-league test.
