With the win, Ellsworth upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Phillipsburg (Phillipsburg, KS) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Phillipsburg won 47-20 in their recent non-league bout against Oakley (Oakley, KS)

Next up, the Lions clash with the Moundridge Wildcats (Moundridge, KS) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Lyons will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 41-24 non-league win over Elyria Christian (McPherson, KS).
