Raft River Trojans (Malta, ID) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Liberty Charter Patriots (Nampa, ID), 53-35 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Raft River upgrades its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Trojans host Valley (Hazelton, ID) to play the Vikings in a 1A Snake River bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 0-5. Valley lost 38-35 in their recent non-league bout against Shoshone (Shoshone, ID)

Next up, the Patriots play the Lighthouse Christian Lions (Twin Falls, ID) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 10. Liberty Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
