Marion Bulldogs (Marion, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Pearsall Mavericks (Pearsall, TX), 53-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Marion upgrades its record to 6-7 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Bandera (Bandera, TX) to clash with the BULLDOGS in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The BULLDOGS go into the bout with a record of 10-10. Bandera lost 40-34 in their recent non-league bout against Winn (Eagle Pass, TX)

Next up, the Mavericks clash with the Southwest Legacy Titans (Von Ormy, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Pearsall will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Titans go into the bout with a 6-9 record after their 49-28 non-league win over Weslaco East (Weslaco, TX).
