With the victory, Neches upgrades its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Tigers host Bullard (Bullard, TX) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 8-1. Bullard lost 40-35 in their recent non-league bout against LaPoynor (LaRue, TX)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Cushing Bearkats (Cushing, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Slocum will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Bearkats come into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 30-28 non-league win over Mt. Enterprise (Mt. Enterprise, TX).
