Rancho San Juan Trailblazers (Salinas, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host North Monterey County Condors (Castroville, CA), 38-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Rancho San Juan upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The Trailblazers host Monterey (Monterey, CA) to play the Dores in a non-league bout on Monday, December 5. The Dores go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Monterey won 66-14 in their recent non-league bout against Anzar (San Juan Bautista, CA)

Next up, the Condors play the San Lorenzo Valley Cougars (Felton, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. North Monterey County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 59-34 non-league win over Gilroy (Gilroy, CA).
