The Steele Comets the host Roosevelt Rough Riders ice hockey squad by a tally of 4-1 in Sunday's non-league bout.
With the victory, Steele betters its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Benedictine (Cleveland, OH) to confront the Bengals in a bout on Friday, December 15. The Bengals go into the bout with a record of 1-6.
The Rough Riders now have a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Avon Lake for a bout on Thursday, December 7. Roosevelt will confront a Shoremen squad coming off a 8-1 league win over Avon (Avon, OH). The Shoremen record now stands at 1-0.
