North Carolina High School Basketball - South Brunswick knocks off Union

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting South Brunswick Cougars basketball team scored a good 54-41 win over the Union Spartans.

The Cougars (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Dixon (Holly Ridge, NC). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Dixon was topped by Wilmington Christian Academy (Wilmington, NC), 81-60, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Spartans battle the Jones Trojans (Trenton, NC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 5. Union will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Trojans come into the contest with a 0-4 record after their 59-35 non-league loss to Hobgood Charter (Hobgood, NC).
