The Jackson Prep Patriots basketball team scored 59 points and limited the host Pillow Academy Mustangs to 40 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Patriots now possess a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Choctaw Central for a non-league game on Friday, December 6.

With the loss, Pillow Academy falls to 8-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Leake Academy (Madden, MS) to confront the Rebels in a non-league game on Thursday, December 5. The Rebels go into the game with a record of 14-0. Leake Academy won 44-37 in their recent non-league game against Hartfield Academy (Flowood, MS)
