In Tuesday's league contest, the host Little Cypress-Mauriceville Bears basketball team scored a big 52-29 triumph over the Jasper Bulldogs.
The Bears (9-0) will now prepare for their contest against Port Neches-Groves (Port Neches, TX). The Indians go into the non-league contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Port Neches-Groves smashed Anderson-Shiro (Anderson, TX), 44-25, in a non-league contest.
