North Carolina High School Basketball - KIPP Pride overwhelmed by Southeast Halifax

December 3, 2024: Gaston, NC 27832

In Tuesday's league test, the Southeast Halifax Trojans (Halifax, NC) basketball squad trounced the host KIPP Pride Pride (Gaston, NC), by a score of 59-16.

Next, the Trojans clash with the Roanoke Rapids Yellowjackets (Roanoke Rapids, NC) in a non-league test, on Thursday, December 5. Southeast Halifax will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record.

The Pride (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Northampton County (Gaston, NC). The Jaguars come into the 1A Tar Roanoke test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Northampton County was routed by Wilson Prep (Wilson, NC), 62-33, in a league test.
