The Welch Wildcats basketball team scored 67 points and limited the host Watts Engineers to 24 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Bluejacket for a Lucky Seven game on Friday, December 6. Welch will play a Chieftains team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Foyil (Foyil, OK). The Chieftains record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Watts falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Engineers travel to Bokoshe (Bokoshe, OK) to play the Tigers in a non-league game on Monday, December 16. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 0-8.
