Georgia High School Basketball - Effingham County thwarts Glynn Academy

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Effingham County Rebels (Springfield, GA) and the host Glynn Academy Terrors (Brunswick, GA), observed Effingham County's basketball team knock off Glynn Academy by a score of 48-34.
The Rebels (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against South Effingham (Guyton, GA). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, South Effingham prevailed over Bryan County (Pembroke, GA), 62-39, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Terrors battle the Ware County Gators (Waycross, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 6. Glynn Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
