In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Waynesboro Little Giants basketball team scored a good 49-36 triumph over the Page County Panthers.
The Little Giants (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Turner Ashby (Bridgewater, VA). The Knights go into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Turner Ashby topped Fort Defiance (Fort Defiance, VA), 29-24, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers confront the East Rockingham Eagles (Elkton, VA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 5. Page County will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 1-0 record after their 54-20 non-league win over Luray (Luray, VA).
