The Buccaneers now possess a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hicks for a non-league battle on Friday, January 6. Barbe will confront a Pirates team coming off a 75-68 non-league loss to Elton (Elton, LA). The Pirates record now stands at 5-8.
The Sharks (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Catholic-B.R. (Baton Rouge, LA). The Bears come into the non-league battle with a 10-3 record. In their last battle, Catholic-B.R. beat Carroll (Monroe, LA), 67-61, in a non-league battle.
