Texas High School Basketball - Robstown ripped by King

The King Brahmas basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Robstown Cottonpickers to 40 in the Brahmas league triumph on Friday.
The Brahmas now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harmony School of Excellence for a 4A Region IV District 31 contest on Tuesday, January 3. King will meet a team coming off a 46-40 league loss to Calallen (Corpus Christi, TX). The record now stands at 8-7.
The Cottonpickers (1-16) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop (Bishop, TX). The Badgers enter the 4A Region IV District 31 contest with a 15-7 record. In their last contest, Bishop was routed by Van Alstyne (Van Alstyne, TX), 56-46, in a non-league contest.
