Ohio High School Basketball - West Branch over Minerva

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the West Branch Warriors (Beloit, OH) and the visiting Minerva Lions (Minerva, OH), saw West Branch's basketball squad overcome Minerva by a tally of 55-45.

With the victory, West Branch improves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to East (Youngstown, OH) to confront the in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The come into the challenge with a record of 5-4. East won 59-18 in their recent non-league challenge against North (Akron, OH)

Next up, the Lions confront the Alliance Aviators (Alliance, OH) in a Eastern Buckeye challenge, on Friday, January 6. Minerva will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Aviators come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 45-42 non-league win over Hoover (North Canton, OH).
