Texas High School Basketball - Pinkston tipped by Red Oak

The Red Oak Hawks basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Pinkston Vikings to 63 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Hawks now sport a 15-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lancaster for a 5A Region II District 14 contest on Tuesday, January 3. Red Oak will meet a Tigers team coming off a 59-44 non-league win over Zachary (Zachary, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 11-6.
The Vikings (12-9) will now prepare for their contest against Sulphur Springs (Sulphur Springs, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 18-5 record.
