The Delran Bears basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Collingswood Panthers to 32 in the Bears non-league victory on Friday.
The Bears now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winslow Township for a non-league contest on Friday, December 30. Delran will battle a Eagles team coming off a 61-42 non-league loss to Camden (Camden, NJ). The Eagles record now stands at 1-4.
The Panthers (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Gateway Regional (Woodbury Heights, NJ). The Gators come into the Colonial contest with a 6-0 record. In their last contest, Gateway Regional triumphed over Deptford (Deptford, NJ), 47-33, in a non-league contest.
