Ridgewood Rebels (Norridge, IL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Tinley Park Titans (Tinley Park, IL), 60-39 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Ridgewood upgrades its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Rebels host Timothy Christian (Elmhurst, IL) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 9-5. Timothy Christian lost 54-34 in their recent non-league bout against DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL)

Next up, the Titans play the Oak Forest Bengals (Oak Forest, IL) in a South Suburban - Blue bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Tinley Park will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Bengals come into the bout with a 8-6 record after their 41-39 non-league loss to Rich Township (Olympia Fields, IL).
