Maine High School Basketball - Temple Academy topped by Seacoast Christian

The Seacoast Christian Guardians basketball team scored 40 points and restricted the host Temple Academy Bereans to 24 in the Guardians league victory on Friday.
The Guardians now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Yarmouth Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3. Seacoast Christian will battle a Panthers team coming off a 60-28 league win over Waynflete (Portland, ME). The Panthers record now stands at 5-0.
The Bereans (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Richmond (Richmond, ME). The Bobcats come into the non-league contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Richmond prevailed over Old Orchard Beach (Old Orchard Beach, ME), 27-19, in a league contest.
