The Rancho Bernardo Broncos (San Diego, CA) basketball nipped the visiting San Dieguito Academy Mustangs (Encinitas, CA), 57-54 in Friday's non-league test.

The Broncos (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Victory Christian Academy (Chula Vista, CA). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, Victory Christian Academy was tipped by Mt. Carmel (San Diego, CA), 96-38, in a non-league test.

The Mustangs now possess a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rancho Bernardo for a battle on Wednesday, January 11.
