In Saturday's non-league match, the host Bellevue West Thunderbirds basketball team scored a decisive 76-55 triumph over the Bryan Bears.
In their next game, the Thunderbirds meet the Omaha Westside Warriors (Omaha, NE) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 2. Bellevue West will attempt to better on its 8-1 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 7-2 record after their 52-45 non-league win over Creighton Prep (Omaha, NE).
