The Gaston Christian Eagles basketball team (Gastonia, NC), dropped 53-43 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host United Faith Christian Academy Falcons (Charlotte, NC)

The Falcons now possess a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Miller School of Albemarle for a non-league battle on Friday, January 5.

The Eagles (10-10) will now prepare for their battle against Westminster Catawba Christian (Rock Hill, SC). The Indians come into the NCISAA Metrolina battle with a 13-4 record. In their last battle, Westminster Catawba Christian beat Nansemond-Suffolk Academy (Suffolk, VA), 73-45, in a non-league battle.
