Connecticut High School Basketball - Glastonbury topped by Norwich Free Academy

The Norwich Free Academy Wildcats basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Glastonbury Guardians to 51 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Saturday.
The Wildcats now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host New London for a Eastern Connecticut I contest on Tuesday, January 2. Norwich Free Academy will battle a Whalers team coming off a 87-44 non-league win over Bloomfield (Bloomfield, CT). The Whalers record now stands at 3-1.
The Guardians (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Farmington (Farmington, CT). The River Hawks come into the non-league contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Farmington prevailed over Academy of Science and Innovation (New Britain, CT), 62-54, in a non-league contest.
