Graham-Kapowsin Eagles (Graham, WA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Kennedy Catholic Lancers (Burien, WA), 60-58 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Graham-Kapowsin upgrades its record to 4-8 on the season. The Eagles travel to Bellarmine Prep (Tacoma, WA) to clash with the Lions in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 4. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 2-10. Bellarmine Prep lost 53-43 in their recent non-league bout against Temecula Valley (Temecula, CA)

Next up, the Lancers clash with the Kentridge Chargers (Kent, WA) in a 3A/4A North Puget Sound bout, on Friday, January 5. Kennedy Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Chargers go into the bout with a 4-7 record after their 57-50 non-league loss to Emerald Ridge (South Hill, WA).
