The Longhorns come into the bout with a record of 7-5. Vega won 54-47 in their recent non-league bout against Silverton (Silverton, TX)

Next up, the Rangers play the Spearman Lynx (Spearman, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Perryton will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record. The Lynx come into the bout with a 10-5 record after their 63-28 non-league win over Friona (Friona, TX).
