Nevada High School Basketball - Damonte Ranch topples McQueen

In Saturday's non-league outing, the Damonte Ranch Mustangs (Reno, NV) basketball squad beat the visiting McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV), by a margin of 47-34.

The Mustangs (8-4) will now prepare for their outing against Carson (Carson City, NV). The Senators go into the non-league outing with a 6-7 record. In their last outing, Carson defeated Reed (Sparks, NV), 68-67, in a non-league outing.

The Lancers now own a 5-7 record. They play next when they host South Tahoe for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 3. McQueen will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 52-37 non-league loss to Churchill County (Fallon, NV). The Vikings record now stands at 3-4.
