The Brattleboro Bears basketball team (Brattleboro, VT), was nudged 48-45 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Hartford Hurricanes (White River Junction, VT)
The Hurricanes now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mount Anthony for a Marble Valley - A battle on Wednesday, January 3. Hartford will battle a Patriots team coming off a 50-27 non-league loss to West Rutland (West Rutland, VT). The Patriots record now stands at 1-4.
The Bears (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against South Burlington (South Burlington, VT). The Wolves come into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record.
