The Broadway Gobblers basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Page County Panthers to 41 in the Gobblers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Gobblers now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host William Monroe for a Valley contest on Tuesday, January 2. Broadway will battle a Dragons team coming off a 41-33 non-league loss to The Covenant (Charlottesville, VA). The Dragons record now stands at 3-5.

The Panthers (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA). The Falcons come into the Bull Run contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Central Woodstock prevailed over Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA), 43-27, in a non-league contest.
