The Lubbock Christian Eagles basketball team (Lubbock, TX), was nudged 54-48 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Saint Mary's Hall Barons (San Antonio, TX)
The Barons now possess a 19-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to TMI-Episcopal for a TAPPS 5A District 4 battle on Tuesday, January 2. Saint Mary's Hall will confront a Panthers team coming off a 30-20 non-league loss to Luling (Luling, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 1-5.
The Eagles (13-8) will now prepare for their battle against Calvary Academy (Denton, TX). The Lions come into the TAPPS 3A District 1 battle with a 4-5 record.
