Chaparral Firebirds (Scottsdale, AZ) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Arcadia Titans (Phoenix, AZ), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Firebirds confront the Mountain Pointe Pride (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Chaparral will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record. The Pride enter the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to McClintock (Tempe, AZ).
The Titans now have a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Coronado for a non-league challenge on Monday, January 8. Arcadia will confront a Dons team coming off a 2-2 non-league Northwest Christian (Phoenix, AZ). The Dons record now stands at 3-1.
