In Monday's non-league contest, the host Littleton Tigers basketball team scored a good 54-43 win over the Auburn Rockets.
The Tigers (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Clinton (Clinton, MA). The Gaels come into the Midland-Wachusett C contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Clinton defeated Tahanto Regional (Boylston, MA), 77-42, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Rockets battle the Prouty Panthers (Spencer, MA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. Auburn will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 77-39 non-league loss to Tantasqua Regional (Fiskdale, MA).
