The Genoa Central Dragons (Texarkana, AR) basketball edged the host Bismarck Lions (Bismarck, AR), 59-54 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Dragons now possess a 10-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bismarck for a 3A Region 7 bout on Tuesday, January 7.
With the loss, Bismarck falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Magnet Cove (Malvern, AR) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 3. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 4-4.
