The Ouachita Warriors basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Mountain Pine Red Devils to 47 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Monday.

The Warriors now possess a 13-8 record. They play next when they travel to Cross County for a non-league game on Thursday, January 2. Ouachita will confront a Thunderbirds team coming off a 46-39 non-league win over Little Rock Southwest (Little Rock, AR). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 3-10.

With the loss, Mountain Pine falls to 10-4 on the campaign. The Red devils travel to Sacred Heart (Morrilton, AR) to confront the Rebels in a non-league game on Thursday, January 2. The Rebels go into the game with a record of 14-5. Sacred Heart won 44-41 in their recent non-league game against Hector (Hector, AR)
