New York High School Ice Hockey - Saratoga Springs knocks off Queensbury

The Saratoga Springs Blue Streaks ice hockey team scored 5 points and held the visiting Queensbury Spartans to 2 in the Blue Streaks league victory on Monday.
The Blue Streaks now own a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shenendehowa for a Division 1 bout on Friday, January 10.
With the defeat, Queensbury moves to 3-3 on the season. The Spartans travel to La Salle Institute (Troy, NY) to encounter the Cadets in a non-league bout on Friday, January 3. The Cadets go into the bout with a record of 1-1.
