Southwestern Warriors (Somerset, KY) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host South Laurel Cardinals (London, KY), 64-60 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Southwestern upgrades its record to 9-3 on the year. The Warriors travel to Wayne County (Monticello, KY) to face the Cardinals in a District 48 match on Tuesday, January 6. The Cardinals enter the match with a record of 5-6.
