The Killdeer Cowboys (Killdeer, ND) basketball knocked off the visiting Beach Buccaneers (Beach, ND), 59-47 in Saturday's league test.
The Cowboys (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Mott-Regent (Mott, ND). The Wildfire go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Mott-Regent notched a victory over Lemmon (Lemmon, SD), 55-41, in a non-league test.
The Buccaneers now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Killdeer for a B Region 7 test on Friday, January 20.
