Bellows Free Academy Bobwhites/Comets (St. Albans, VT) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Milton Yellowjackets (Milton, VT), 70-35 in a league bout.

With the victory, Bellows Free Academy upgrades its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Bobwhites/Comets travel to Essex (Essex Junction, VT) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Monday, January 2. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 3-4. Essex won 54-47 in their recent league bout against South Burlington (South Burlington, VT)

Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Bellows Free Academy Bullets (Fairfax, VT) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Milton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Bullets come into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 54-46 league win over Danville (Danville, VT).
