The Maine Central Institute Huskies basketball team (Pittsfield, ME), was nudged 52-46 in Saturday's league battle with the host Waterville Panthers (Waterville, ME)
The Panthers now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hermon for a B North battle on Saturday, January 7.
The Huskies (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Mount View (Thorndike, ME). The Mustangs come into the B North battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Mount View was nudged by Medomak Valley (Waldoboro, ME), 63-58, in a non-league battle.
