In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Iola Bulldogs basketball team scored a big 58-30 triumph over the Burton Panthers.
The Bulldogs (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Snook (Snook, TX). The Bluejays go into the non-league contest with a 5-8 record. In their last contest, Snook was trounced by Hearne (Hearne, TX), 32-10, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Bremond Tigers (Bremond, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. Burton will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record.
